Bohemian Bloom label is established in Amsterdam, Chamber of commerce number: 85600482. Customer: The party which Bohemian Bloom Label has entered into an agreement with.

Consumer is the customer who is an individual acting for private purposes Bohemian Bloom Label and the customer together are the parties.

Our terms en conditions will apply to all quotations, activities, orders, offers, agreements and deliveries of services or products by or on behalf of Bohemian Bloom Label.

The parties can only deviate from these conditions if they have explicitly agreed upon writing. The parties expressly exclude de applicability of supplementary and/or deviating general terms and conditions of the customer or of third parties.

 

Our prices

All our prices used by Bohemian Bloom Label are in euro’s. The prices are included VAT and administration costs. The prices are excluded costs as shipping or export expenses.

Bohemian Bloom Label is entitled to adjust all prices for its product/services shown on our website, at any time. Increases in the costs prices of products or parts thereof, which Bohemian Bloom Label could not foresee at the time of making an offer or the conclusion of the agreement, may give rise to price increases.

The customer has the right to terminate an agreement a result of a price increase, but not if this is the result of statutory regulation

Story sales on Instagram

If the costumer has received an item of our weekly Instagram story sales, he cannot derive any rights from this other than that is an indication of the nature of the products, unless the parties have explicitly agreed that this is possible. ​

Payments

Products are immediately paid for on our website

​ Customized item

Please take notice that when your item is customized by our atelier, it is not possible to exchange. This includes: custom size, color, custom print or embroidery.

Reimbursement of return costs

If the customer invokes his right of withdrawal and returns the entire order on time, the costs for returning the complete order will be borne by the consumer

Delivery

Delivery takes place while stock last. All items are made to order. Restyle items will be dispatched after 7 days and our handmade items will be dispatches after 14 days. The consumer will always get an update when the item is ready to be shipped.

Delivery period

Any delivery period specified by Bohemian Bloom Label is indicative and does not give the customer the right to dissolution of compensation If this period is not met with, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing, The delivery starts once the customer has fully completed the ordering process and received a confirmation of his order from Bohemian Bloom Label.

Transport costs

These costs are on behalf of the customer, unless the parties have agreed upon otherwise.

Packaging and shipping

If the package of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the customer must have a note drawn up by the forwarder or delivery person before receiving the product. In the absence of which Bohemian Bloom Label may not be held liable for any damage. If the customer himself takes care of the transport of a product, he must report any visible damage to products or the packaging prior to the transport of Bohemian Bloom Label, failing which Bohemian Bloom Label cannot be held liable for any damage.

 

Guarantee

The warranty relating to products only applies to defects caused by faulty manufacture, constriction or material. The warranty does not apply in the event of normal wear and tear damage resulting from accidents, changes made to the product, negligence or improper use by the customer, or when the cause of the defect cannot clearly be established. The risk of loss, damage, or theft products that are the subject of an agreement between the parties, will pass on to the customer when these products are legally and/or factually delivered, at least are in the power of the customer or a third party who receives the product for the benefit of the customer.

Exchange

It is only possible if the following conditions are met: Exchange needs to take place within 14 days after dispatch upon the products is returned in original packing. Story sale discounted products cannot be exchanged.

Indemnity

The customer indemnifies Bohemian Bloom Label against all third-party claims that are related to the products and/or services supplied by Bohemian Bloom label

Dissolution

The customer had the right to dissolve the agreement if Bohemian Bloom label imputably fails in the fulfillment of his obligations, unless this shortcoming does not justify termination due to its special nature or because it is of minor significance. Bohemian Bloom Label has the right to dissolve the agreement with the customer, if the customer does not fully or timely fulfill his obligations under agreement, or in circumstances give Bohemian Bloom Label grounds to fear that the customer will not be able to fulfill his obligations properly
