It is only possible to exchange your item for a different product or a different size. If you are unable to find an alternative item of your choice, you will receive a voucher at the value of the price of the returned item. The shipping costs will not be reimbursed and are therefore for your own account. Exchanges must always be done within 14 days, so bear this in mind. Please notice that it is only possible to return your item(s) through our Sendcloud portal.

If the size or item of your choice is in stock you may always exchange it. If it is not in stock, you will receive a voucher. However, the shipping costs are for the buyer. Also, we do not refund shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item, unless there is something wrong with the item.
