We ship worldwide! So wherever you live, you too can soon shine in Bohemian Bloom.
For each country, customs and import duties are applied by the local customs authority, so unfortunately we cannot give you an estimate of these charges in advance. We therefore recommend you contact the local customs office to find out the exact charges that may be charged.
Shipping within the Netherlands is €6.75. Shipping costs for deliveries to other countries will be calculated when you finalize your order.
All restyled items will be sent after 7 days, all handmade after 14 days. Please take notice that it is not possible to return our customized items.
Orders are shipped every Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email from us with a link to track your order.
All our orders within the Netherlands are shipped with DPD and post NL
Orders within the Netherlands: 5-7 working days after dispatch for restyled items, up to 14 days for handmade items.
Orders within Europe: 5-7 working days
Orders outside of Europe: 1-3 weeks
Orders are shipped every Monday and Thursday
We recommend that you follow your order via the tracking link you received. Also be sure to check with your neighbors to see if the parcel was delivered there. There may also be an issue with the address details or that customs has been delayed, in which case the postal company will have to contact you to solve the problem.
Unfortunately, occasionally parcels get lost during shipment. Please contact us immediately at info@bohemianbloomlabel.com and include your name, email and order number. We do ask you to wait the required 10 working days before we can report the order as missing. All our orders are insured, which means that in these cases you can be rest assured that your money will be refunded.
You will always get a voucher of the amount in your mail. With your voucher you can buy another item during our daily story sales

You will get a refund of your purchase if you return the items within 14 days. We do not give money back, as we are a small fashion label with made to order products. You do get a voucher if you return your item(s) within 14 days.

Yes. The shipping costs to return your item are for the buyer.
Every three months a new collection goes online on our website (our Lookbook) . The collections are seasonal. When items are sold out on our insta sales, you will see ‘sold out’ on our website.
All items are limited stock to keep it unique. It is always a surprise what we will be selling on our stories. Make sure you follow our instagram and save our product timer on there to not miss anything!
We work with size S, size M, size L and size XL. Not your size? Please email us and we can see what we can do!
Not all items are always restocked. This is because certain handmade items are difficult to produce quickly. We also want the items to remain unique, that is why we always produce our items in small quantities. If you want to stay informed about a sold out product, you can subscribe via the button on our website.

We use fragile materials (such as stones and beads on Indian bands). If a product arrives broken, you can always send us a message. If stones or beads fall off over time, we are not liable for this.
